Docs: Automation Python scripts file redirects to a 404 page

Description

When I visited the Python Scripts documentation page, I found that the links for issues_with_prs.py and sync_labels.py both redirect to a 404 page.

Reproduction

1. Go to the docs.openverse.org
2. Automations -> Reference -> Python Scripts
