Crop where T > 0 is incorrect

Love the app — just what I'm looking for in a lightweight cropping native OS X app. Have found a cropping bug though:

1. I tried a crop where the top (T) setting was 540, but the app did not honour that, and cropped from T = 0 instead.

Attached is a screenshot of the final UI settings before I clicked Export All, and then the final cropped file.
