Resolving Issues for SPM Support

There have already been feature requests for SPM Support in several Issues(#460, #467).
I would like to have also support for SPM!
However, as far as I can tell, in this project, it is not enough to simply add Package.swift, because it's dependent library does not support for SPM.

Problem

The problem is that this library is already archived, so it is no longer possible to make changes.

A feature request

I would like to propose taking the following steps to add support for SPM

SETPS

1. Fork dependent library.
2. Add support for SPM to the dependent library.
3. Add support for SPM to Koloda

Of course, I'm well aware that step1 and 2 are very difficult to achieve.

I found the similar Issue #435 and relevant PR #472
If this PR are merged, STEP 1 and 2 are no longer necessary, so we just take STEP 3!
