nvm i downloaded the zip and did it manually

@Zabooby Winget doesn't currently have an official package available (obviously), but it would be currently (in longer format):
winget install --name mpv --id 9P3JFR0CLLL6 --source msstore -e

Package is published by:
https://github.com/SilverEzhik/mpv-msix

It installs to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
So I wouldn't install it this way.
