query_cache_size removed after version 8.0

Hello, 

Thanks for the great config, I found it extremely useful. It seems that MySQL version 8.0+ removed the "query_cache_size"  feature hence the installation will not work as intended anymore.  A simple comment-out works as a charm. Also the pull request I'm referencing seems to acknowledge this issue (#3).
