[FEATURE] MCP to let other agents tap into STT models

FluidVoice already owns local STT models, so I wonder if we can add an MCP that let other agents tap into that as well? I'm building my own video caption generator and it would be nice not having to rebuild a runtime env for those model if I already have FluidVoice running.

I'm really inexperienced with ML stuff, so pardon me if my question sounds silly:))
