Document which versions are supported in the Download page

Currently neither the Log4j Download page, nor the Logging Services Download and Support pages make it clear which versions are supported and which are End-of-Life – improve it. Some common pain points:

• It is not clear what is the release support policy? Which releases receive security fixes? etc.
• Security menu item is only displayed if the Support is expanded in the Log4j menu. Make Security a separate item under Support.
• Similar to above, reference to Logging Services Security page from the Support page.
