Sub command addUser is failing

Hello I am having issues adding a batch of users using the sub command addUser. I've followed the parameters on the Administration section for creating a the users using this command

java -jar "/Applications/EyesUtilities_1.5.19.jar" admin addUser -k REDUCTED -or REDUCTED -ti REDUCTED -as REDUCTED -ne REDUCTED -nn REDUCTED

and getting this error in cli

Eyes Utilities version 1.5.19 
Was passed main parameter '-ne' but no main parameter was defined in your arg class
