Add SPDX integration #10
Description
It would be nice to be able to insert SPDX license identifiers and reference licenses by their standardized SPDX names. If this is implemented it probably should support only a minimal subset of the recognized SPDX licenses to start since there are a lot of recognized licenses and currently this plugin is storing licenses on disk as plain text.
