[PXCT-1593] Fix Nesso n1 pin references

Summary

This PR fixes the incorrect mapping of GPIO 2 (D2) and GPIO 6 (D3) on the Nesso N1 8 pin expansion header and aligns all related documentation assets with the actual hardware header order.

What changed

• Corrected the header pin order for GPIO 2 (D2) and GPIO 6 (D3) in the simple pinout image:
  • docs-content/content/hardware/09.kits/maker/nesso-n1/interactive/TPX00227-pinout.png
• Updated the full pinout PDF:
  • Fixed the SVG on the back view
  • Corrected pin references for GPIO 2 (D2) and GPIO 6 (D3)
  • docs-content/content/hardware/09.kits/maker/nesso-n1/downloads/TPX00227-full-pinout.pdf
• Updated the user manual:
  • Revised the 8 Pin Expansion Port section to describe the correct pin order and I2C usage with M5 stick expansion modules
  • docs-content/content/hardware/09.kits/maker/nesso-n1/tutorials/user-manual/content.md
• Synced the user manual simple pinout asset with the corrected pinout:
  • docs-content/content/hardware/09.kits/maker/nesso-n1/tutorials/user-manual/assets/simple-pinout.png
