MCP Server discovery #85
Description
Describe the feature (Security related? please follow https://github.com/aws/mcp-proxy-for-aws/security/policy to report them to AWS Security directly.)
Should not this proxy also act as an MCP registry to support MCP server discovery so that we do not need to hardcode MCP server URLs in MCP Clients. Also should it also manage rate limiting/request limting
