bash completion can not be generated

I'm getting the same error. Looks like filename in url should include actual version instead of latest

I noticed that by adding the .bazelversion file in my workspace, it is not using "latest" in the url but the actual version.
--> Adding the .bazelversion file fixes the issue for me :)
