Minikube support for local installation #1044

Is your feature request related to a problem?
This is a feature request. Like many, I use minikube for my local development and testing. It would be ideal, if you could change the local container orchestration as minikube instead of kubernestes. Currently, bringing up beta9 fails while i am using minikube with PVC errors and few other issues.

provide flexiblity for users to use kubernestes/minikube for thier local testing.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Kubernestes installation. It is heavy and an overkill if i want to test the product on my local
