[0.1.x] Only moderator sees dialog

I have taken part in lots of sessions on BBB 3.1.x with this plugin included. I am typically viewer.
The presenter starts the selection process (all 3 checkboxes are typically on).
Everyone sees the first person being chosen. People click X on that box. They never see another dialog from the plugin.
I have not seen this on BBB 3.0 yet.
