borg does not consider BORG_KEY_FILE when prepending with sudo

When BORG_KEY_FILE is set, borg create properly takes the path. But sudo borg create does not account BORG_KEY_FILE. Instead it search in /root/.config/borg/keys

As discussed on IRC: use sudo -i to get a login shell, then do borg commands using that shell.

This is not a borg issue, but related to sudo and the shell.
