Any feedback for b19 before I release b20?

It’s difficult to provide feedback on these beta sub-versions, because, if a particular version is used, one cannot backup with any other version (beta versions are not compatible with neither past nor future, and there is no transfer option).

For small tests, they all work. But tests are needed for large-scale real-life data in real conditions to catch rare bugs. A Borg-transfer for beta versions would have helped.

if you want to help testing betas, you can use them for an additional backup (not as your primary production backup) and just recreate that repo for each beta.

Maintaining such migrations like in borg transfer is a lot of work and would slow down development significantly.
