Update of git files trigger unwanted delete of similar key name in consul

Issue - having files:

test.yaml
test_dev.yaml

After both are added and populated to consul, when I modify test.yaml only then test.yaml is updated in consul, but test_dev.yaml is removed at the same time. Bug is related to ('expand_keys': true,"ignore_file_extension" : true} configuration.

Fix to the issue in pull-request: #182 (sorry for wrong commit user due to wrong git setup on machine when I was running tests)
