scam UI is on the blink

I'm running scam on W3KG348 and generating annotations on W3KG348-I3KG230 was taking a very long time so I aborted the run. The scamqc interface now seems to be broken. Trying to access the UI now just loops with a blinking screen.

oh this curl returns 502, something might need to be restarted:

the server side of SCAM got out of memory and crashed for some reason... I restarted it, @TBRC-Travis can you try again?

Thanks Elie. Seems to be working again. I'm going to keep this open for now in case there are more issues with W3KG348
