Problem description
Currently, the Brand is shown to the callee.

Possible evolution
In addition to the Brand, include a Call Reason field; to show to the callee, the reason of the call from the Brand.
Example: To indicate the subject of the call.

Alternative solution

Additional context
Call Reason is shown to callee, to increase the confidence level of the callee to pick up the call.
