This is an important date in my life. This ticket organizes my work on macpan2 between now and then. This ticket should be closed if the date is > November 2025. Until then, it will probably have an evolving scope.

• Clear feasible pull requests aimed at existing practical problems: add test/error msg for missing time, matrix cols #344, Early Stopping #339, delta_t #314
• Decide what to do with remaining open pull requests and close those that are stale
• Good docs (and fixes) on specifying likelihoods and priors
