Add Nostr Wallet Connect (NWC) support as a lightning backend for Bitcoin payments.
Implements full NIP-47 protocol compliance allowing mints to interact with any Nostr-compatible lightning wallet.
Based on groundwork laid by @gudnuf previous NWC implementation PR #565
