Merge a Map Tags Cache config PR

May I suggest merging either add new map-tags-cache-dir config option #3401
or feat: Add --map-cache-dir to change the base directory for .aider.tags.cache.v3 #2911

I believe they both do roughly the same thing,
I personally use the 1st PR, but the 2nd PR has a "priority" label and so might be more inline with upstream Aider.

I've been manually merging the PR with Aider in my local branch for months. It'd be great to see it merged in.

I think I'll go with the second one because, as you said, it'll be more in line with upstream aider. Give me until noon EST and the v0.87.2 branch should contain this and the readme updates, thank you for the reccomendations!
