[Suggestion] Easy method to access SSL Certificate errors/logs #1226

What would you like to be added or improved?
When attempting to request a Let'sEncrypt SSL certificate, if there is an issue - the screen will quickly display a red alert at the top of the page. It only displays for a few seconds. It would be nice if there was an easy method of accessing or having that error message accessed via a log or text box.
Why is it needed?
When the creation or renewal of a SSL Cert has failed, sometimes I cannot read the entire alert before it disappears. It would be nice if I can reference the alert message in a log or scrolling text-box of all SSL issues (even the successful ones!)
