Close tab group not working with new tab groups

Closing tab groups from the right click menu no longer seems to work, this seems to be new behavior after the main tab group plugin revamp.

A secondary but likely related bug is that attempting to close a tab group through the right click menu causes the group to stick to the toolbar if the tab group is closed through the normal tab group manager.

Some additional points:

• Closing a tab group via the plugin's tab group bar does not close the group
• The tab group bar no longer sees that tab groups have been closed and is not updated until it is reloaded
• Merge To... functionality moves but does not close the prior tab group

The point in time when the issue began is noted in this review.
