Allow one label for spectra

In stack mode it would be nice to be able to identify each spectrum by adding a label at the level of the baseline of the left.

Could be a toggle in the Spectra panel as possibly a preference in the spectra panel to have it on by default on load.

This is a dataset of wrong shims
