How to fix notice "has been installed as a side by side installation"

Everytime I install updates using chocolatey, I see the following notices:

chocolatey-compatibility.extension has been installed as a side by side installation.
Side by side installations are deprecated and is pending removal in v2.0.0.

chocolatey-core.extension has been installed as a side by side installation.
Side by side installations are deprecated and is pending removal in v2.0.0.

chocolatey-windowsupdate.extension has been installed as a side by side installation.
Side by side installations are deprecated and is pending removal in v2.0.0.

KB2919355 has been installed as a side by side installation.
Side by side installations are deprecated and is pending removal in v2.0.0.

KB2919442 has been installed as a side by side installation.
Side by side installations are deprecated and is pending removal in v2.0.0.

KB2999226 has been installed as a side by side installation.
Side by side installations are deprecated and is pending removal in v2.0.0.

KB3033929 has been installed as a side by side installation.
Side by side installations are deprecated and is pending removal in v2.0.0.

KB3035131 has been installed as a side by side installation.
Side by side installations are deprecated and is pending removal in v2.0.0.

I remember that I installed once a KB package in side-by-side mode because a Windows app required this. However, I don't remember which KB this was. I am unsure whether removing all of these would cause other apps to have problems.
