[BUG] Bug when using scaling in windows

Bug Description

I use 150% scaling in windows. The app does not seem to scale correctly. The pop up from the recording window is cut:

ha this is a good bug, I will not be able to solve this soon, but it should be fixed

could you take a screenshot of the settings window as well just out of curiosity

Sure thing! Here are two screenshots with different windows sizes. I would say scaling works fine here! Maybe not perfect for the smaller window size, but the user can drag up the size to make it look pretty.

Hi @Arnav-Agarwal-01 you can just submit a PR! I know now that you want to fix it and you can just do that!

@MyButtermilk have you tried first scaling and then opening the app ? I tried recreating your issue and it only happens when the app is running and I scale my desktop. After restarting the app, the overlay is fine. This is also window's recommendation btw.

I should have been more accurate. I did not mean scaling itself, but font size scaling.

Restarting the app (or Windows) does not help. The error is still the same.
