[temporary] validate agent-think container-local workspace

Temporary production validation for agent-think's container-local Workspace.

Validation task:

1. clone cloudflare/agents to /workspace/agents if absent;
2. create /workspace/agents/node_modules/agent-think-isolation/probe.txt;
3. run pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --reporter=silent from /workspace/agents, redirecting output to /workspace/temp/install.log;
4. report whether the install and probe succeeded.

Do not change source, deploy a demo, or open a PR. This issue will be closed after validation.

Validation complete. Agent-think kept the repository and 1.4 GB dependency tree container-local with zero Durable Object memory-limit resets. Native R2 skill activation worked, and a 330-second command completed normally after forwarding timeout to Workspace/wsd. Fixed by #1882.

Workers Observability recorded one successful invoke_agent ThinkAgent root, four successful chat gpt-5.5 spans, and three successful execute_tool spans (activate_skill and bash) under trace de7395981c140629b3219f5f41cb9d29.
