We really love the developer experience, and have developed a solid proof of concept but not sure if we're gonna have trouble pushing this to prod on your free plan without any admin dashboard, usage statistics, billing, etc.) and wondering about cloud on-prem deployment to our own cloudflare. Is it already suitable if we want to use it for production? Want to understand the risks and what we're getting ourselves into before taking this on as a product dependency, especially on free tier without much visibility into the usage and status.

You should migrate your code to partyserver (this repository, essentially a library to abstract some Durable Object utilities) and deploy them alongside your own application code with wrangler. This will deploy your code as normal Durable Objects to your own Cloudflare account.

Avoid the legacy partykit, it's not necessary anymore.
