I have attempted to create a new Competition with a Phase that includes Public Data.
I created a file in Resources / Datasets and programs of type public_data, uploading a .zip file containing the data.
When I attempt to create the Competition Phase using the web form, I select the file resource listed under the Public Data pulldown menu.

However, when I attempt to save the competition, I consistently get this error:

Error(s) saving benchmark
• phases:
  • public_data: Incorrect type. Expected pk value, received dict.

I believe pk might mean "primary key" but there is no indication of how to fix this or trace what is causing the error.

Please advise.
