Can't connect - package does not work anymore

Since a few days the package does not work anymore. It seems that it can't connect to tccna.honeywell.com

Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND tccna.honeywell.com at GetAddrInfoReqWrap.onlookupall [as oncomplete] (node:dns:122:26)

Does anyone have the same issue? Any idea how to fix it?
