We have had a lot of problems with minio over the years, we only need an S3 API for development and it's been a pain. So, a good time to move to something else. This seems promising: https://garagehq.deuxfleurs.fr/documentation/quick-start/
It may be easiest to start in the SageMaker Shim repo minio is less integrated there.
