How do I remove aardvark-dns

The process aardvark-dns keeps increasing its pid when I run: "ps -aux | grep aardvark-dns".

How can I stop and remove this process which keeps on creating new ones?
I've tried to uninstall Podman but the process remains.

Does anybody have an idea on how to stop this process that keeps on getting new Pid's?

I'm running OpenSUSE Leap 15.6 by the way.
