[Improvement]: allow array in locale

What happened?

Sorry Request Feature or Ask Question is not working

In relation to #52 it would be nice to change the locale and get locale function to accept and response arrays
As the flatpickr locale would accept things like:

"locale": {
"firstDayOfWeek": 1 // start week on Monday
}

this would allow to set additional options.

How to reproduce the bug

This would allow to handover an array like

[ "firstDayOfWeek"=> 1 ]

to customize the calendar

Fixed in #144 (and #143 where applicable). Closing manually because the PR did not include Closes #141 keywords for auto-close on merge.
