Bug Description

This is a generic issue that records potential steps that a newcomer can take to familiarise themselves with the project backend:

• Take up a new/simple dataset to ingest such as:
• temperature or humidity related indicators available from various sources
• water quality data available in PDFs
• biodiversity data from GBIF (most exciting!)

and then work through an end-to-end integration in the current version of the stack with tasks such as:

• build backend pipelines that build pan-India raster layers
• build vectorisation pipelines for micro-watershed units, filters and visualisations on KYL, and new sections in MWS and tehsil reports.
