It's not great to use a centralized CDN like thousands of websites : if the CDN goes down, all these sites will not work properly. Also, these CDNs abuse their monopoly to track users - using them is just helping them to have more control. Particularly with Google, which is already trying to take over the web and track all its users in different ways.
