🐛 [BUG] dev server port detection sometimes doesn't identify that port is already taken

When I try to run the 'apx dev start' command, it tries to start the server on port 9000, but port 9000 is already occupied by Zscaler. Is there a way to change the port on the apx server, or a way to start the server locally to overcome this problem?

you can change the default port for the project by changing it in the ~/.apx/registry.toml file, e.g. like this:

[servers]
"/path/to/my/project" = { port = 9001 }

However I agree it's a bug that we didn't recognize that port is already taken by another service. I'll take a look into that.
