How to change the AP Name from default name comitup-123 to somthing different workstation-320

i want to change the AP Name from default name comitup-123 to somthing different like workstation-320 as we are using multiple devices and we are seeing random number like comitup-312, comitup-376, comitup-309 and it is difficult for us to track which device it is for. can you let us know how to rename it so that we can rename it for our devices and it will be easy for us to connect to the required device

I am trying to do a manual install in one of my Raspberry pi with this below commands, but i am facing a 404 error can you guide on the steps to be done on manual install ?

i have downloaded this [comitup_1.43-1_all.deb] but how do i install this. if i run wget https://davesteele.github.io/comitup/latest/davesteele-comitup-apt-source_latest.html
it downloads a empty HTML Page with an error
