Issues with OpenSMTPD on boot

Describe the bug
network-online.target doesn't seem to work, OpenSMTPD reports smtpd: invalid virtual ip or interface: eth0 on boot, but it works when I start the service manually after SSH-ing into the machine.

To Reproduce

type            = process
command         = /usr/bin/smtpd -d
smooth-recovery = true
logfile         = /var/log/dinit/smtpd.log
depends-on      = network-online.target
before          = login.target

Expected behaviour
It should start the service after the network is fully initialized.

I'm hoping you have some better ideas, but maybe the only solution is to apply a delay.
