Deploys are supposed to be automated via AWS CodePipeline, but I'm getting this error:

Opened a support ticket requesting a limit increase a few days ago. But I'm not really even sure I asked for the correct limit to increase. The quotas UI won't show the current limit for any of my CodeBuild limits.
