Deadpool-diesel release is missing for deadpool 0.13.0

It seems like there was no corresponding release cut, which makes it currently impossible to use deadpool 0.13.0 and deadpool-sync 0.2.0 with deadpool-diesel. Would it be possible to issue an release there as well?

Sorry for taking so long. The latest deadpool release rarely added anything important so I didn't bother making a breaking release of all deadpool-* crates. I'll take care of that shortly.
