[Request] Dipole Correction in multiple directions

Background

Now ABACUS only have dipole correction only along one direction, which is not suitable for deal with one-dimentional string and 0-dimentional cluster

Could the dipole correction function support each direction along x,y,z, and user can choose which direction are using the correction?

Thanks, in this case, we will implement the new function.

We have done some literature review work, and we realize the function related to IDIPOL=4 is not a simple extension of our current scheme of dipole correction, so we will leave the implementation in future. I will transfer the issue to discussion.
