Bounding Box is always offset from where you've drawn

The polygon coordinates are offset once they've been drawn.

I've noticed that even in your example GIF that when you draw the coordinates aren't exactly the same area. I am facing this issue @dev-event. after changing Safeareaview into View in App.tsx it works for me.
