All IOS12 automatic password not working

I try to download ur sample project, then i assign my Team Profile. When i try to run in on:

1. IOS 12 simulator
2. IOS 12.3 simulator
3. IOS 13.2 simulator
4. IOS 15 up real device

any prompt didnt appear, is there something i miss? i try to check your domain via https://search.developer.apple.com/appsearch-validation-tool from your site, it says there's 1 row required, is that the problem?

or can you tell me the problem is?
