Option to ignore whitespace

Add ability to pass -w (--ignore-whitespace) to diff.

Or really, the ability to pass any of git diff's args through to diff, and blame the result.

I added this on my fork here: dilijev@bf2f507 but I don't think that's ready for a PR as the parameter should be optional.
