[EPIC] Additional migration efforts after the great merge #2083

Related to #2065

This issue details the efforts required to start to bring the old .NET Framework articles up-to-date. Here are some of the ideas on improvements:

  • Look at migrating the overview pages to become the root landing pages for sections (get rid of the link farms)
  • Old walkthroughs need to be moved to an archived section and called out on top, until they're migrated.
  • Screenshots and Visual Studio instructions should always present VS2022.

One other thing to note is writing style. Microsoft's writing style isn't as formal as it was 10-15 years ago when the .NET Framework content was written. New articles are straight to the point and use a more relaxed style. Articles in the content set will greatly differ after the merge.
