Usage for: Affinity.ahk

could you help explain to me the usage a little better:
Affinity_Set( CPU=1, PID=0x0 ) { ; CPU0=1 CPU1=2 | to use both, CPU should be 3
how would I set the this so that I would only use 1 thread of each core?
