Info-help folder missing

According to the README there should be a subdirectory info-help which contains
the online - help of ECB in Info-format but it seems to have disappeared?

When I built with make it got created. Now I didn't figure out how to make it work in emacs with M-x info, but I just pointed info at the file with C-u M-x info ~/.emacs.d/elpa/ecb[version]/info-help/ecb.info , or wherever the info file may be.
