Describe the bug
When you successfully created a workspace for a jetbrains editor you get a page which allows you to connect to your workspace using the Jetbrains Gateway. The page also links to the documentation. The link leads to a non-existant page

Steps to reproduce
- EXEC: create a new workspace with a jetbrains editor
- ASSERT: workspace was successfully created, you're in the page that allows you to connect via Gateway
- EXEC: in the page there's a link to the documentation. Click it
Result:
The link points to https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_dev_spaces/latest/html/user_guide/ides-in-workspaces#idea-ultimate. It is not working. You get 404.
Expected behavior
You should be pointed to the documentation.
