Use the post-quantum algorithms from the PQCleanAutomotive repository

What

The cryptodriver should use the post-quantum algorithms ML-DSA and ML-KEM from the PQCleanAutomotive repository for key exchange and signature generation/verification.
The repository must be integrated into IAV_Primula for this purpose.

Acceptance Criteria (DoD)

• Repository is integrated.
• At least one test calls an ML-DSA algorithm
• At least one test calls an ML-KEM algorithm
